Very disappointing; The substandard bed...
Liked: The location was OK, and the desk employees seemed very nice.
Disliked: The bed was one of the worst we've ever encountered. The mattress was broken down, saggy and basically unfit for comfortable sleep. We were given a handicap room with a handicap shower; when you turned the shower on, because there was no lip to hold in the water, it easily escaped the enclosure. The flimsy curtain allowed water to escape also. There was no shower head (only a sprayer). The sprayer immediately sprayed water outside the shower, by running under the curtain and over the non-lip on the bottom of the shower enclosute. The water ran out into the main area of the room, over the plank tile. It appeared that this shower problem has occurred at other times. It was just a poor shower design.

Awful stay, no sleep……
Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: The staff handled a situation very badly with no apology or attempt to put right. Very disappointing.Breakfast was really bad too, no soap in dispenser either.

We paid for a room...
Liked: Early check-in
Disliked: We reserved a room with a king bed and a pullout couch. When we checked in, we were told that our room had this when we arrived in our room we discovered that there was no pullout couch and we requested a rollaway. We were told that there were no roadways left highly disappointed that a hotel would charge the money that we paid for a room and then not provide the room that we booked I will be contacting the hotel in regards to a refund.

Good parking. Everything else "meh"
Liked: Parking was convenient.
Disliked: At booking I sent a message that we were traveling with our dog. I received a message back that there would be no extra charge. I showed the message to the clerk on check-in and was told that I'd have to pay the $75 Fee as well as a Damage Deposit. I also was looking up my Hilton Honors number, but the clerk said that she'd need only my name. As it turns out, she was registering me to ANOTHER Hilton Honors account! The coffee was welcome in the morning, but calling everything else "breakfast" is a sin.Guests above us were bouncing a basketball from 11pm until past 1am. No help from the Front Desk at all. I chose this hotel based on location and past experience. I knew the standards to expect regarding cleanliness. I was, however, sorely disappointed with the staff not honoring the Email about our dog (I could have stayed elsewhere - same general locale - and not had to pay! And now I have to call Hilton in order to apply my points for this stay AND to cancel the redundant account. Ridiculous!
