Disliked: I still have yet to receive my incidentals holding back and it was been over 2 weeks. I have called and let them know and no one has called me back as promised.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The location was great as well. Close to restaurants and shopping as well.
Disliked: Needs more trash cans in the room. The microwaves handle was missing. I’ve machine was broken in the 2nd floor and vending machines only takes card and no cash.

Disliked: No towels had to ask. Found random towel in the closet not clean.

Liked: Clean room Good staff at the front desk Breakfast was good and lots of options. Juice and coffee.
Disliked: $50 charge for a dog which Ive never been charged for at a Hilton hotel which I why I choose Hilton. They charged my card $5 for extra towels/linens when I ran out. No microwave in room. A big silverfish is the bathroom when I got up next morning. 5

Disappointed.

Disliked: No internet. No phones. And elevators were broken.
