Solid stay and decent value

Liked: The location was perfect for easy access to the highway and the entertainment venues are very close.
Disliked: The room a/c didn't have a fan only feature, only running heat or cold air made the fan run.

Liked: Close to AD Mall and very nice staff. Beds were comfortable and room was big.
Disliked: You hear everything in the room: the neighbors, the elevator, the laundromat, people running around the hallway at night. We were looking forward to breakfast but that was quite disappointing.

Liked: The location was fairly central to all we did that weekend. The place was clean. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. There was a variety of options for breakfast, hot and cold. I would have been happier if there were more dairy free or gluten free options.
Disliked: My biggest complaint is our room was attached to the gym so bright and early pur walls vibratee with the sounds of gym equipment and noisy gym goers in the hall. That woke me up. The clerk, on check in, was very robotic. Not very personable. At breakfast, there was not enough seating, so we ended going back to our room to eat. We had to reheat our breakfast by the time we got there. Bathroom was made for handicap accessibility, however functionality of that was way off base. I am not in need od those services thankfully, but my husband, at nearly 6 ft had to adjust the shower head for me because it was set that high up the wall. I'm 5'6 and my fingertips were just grazing it while on my tiptoes trying to position it on a better angle for me. The wall bars were mispositioned, etc. I don't want to get nitpicky. Had I been in a room that wasn't attached to the gym or with a janky bathroom, my experience may have been much better.

Hampton inn is my go-to...

Liked: The room was beautifully maintained, the furniture was exceptionally comfortable especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious very clean and included shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in ample quantity. Be staff was wonderful and welcoming and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast especially that it started at 6:00 a.m. since I had to be on the road before 7:00 a.m..
Disliked: The location was great except for the surrounding noise. There is a truck depot right next to the hotel and maybe it's because my room was in the back of the hotel closest to the depot that the noise bothered me while I was trying to sleep. This of course is not the hotel's fault but should I stay in this location again I will ask for a room at the other end of the hotel.
