Liked: The location, the friendly front desk staff, and the ease of checking in and out. It's always good to have a variety to select from at breakfast.
Disliked: I can understand saving on items, but the lack of portable toiletries was unexpected. Unless you can read without your glasses, it's hard to make out the differences between the different attached lotions and shampoos as they are all the same colored bottles. Also, there was no pen or paper on the desk. Somehow I expect a Hampton Inn to provide more than a Best Western. Finally, when leaving and dropping off my keys, I shouldn't have to remind the front desk clerk to say "thank you and have a good day (or safe travels)."

Disliked: Beds too soft, weird smells in room, and very wonky shower spout and handle not working correctly. Pool too small.

Liked: great location, all staff friendly, rooms clean and modern, breakfast great, swimming pool off the breakfast area was terrific with a great view of the pond, and an added bonus views of two sunning alligators.

Disliked: Tried to give me a handicapped room with broken air conditioning and a strong foul smell. Terrible rude front desk clerk gave me a hard time about switching rooms despite having plenty of empty rooms. Hotel is tired and sad. Would never stay there again.

Disliked: Did not offer free waters as I have always received at other Hampton Inn locations. I was charged for waters.
