Don’t recommend

Liked: I usually love Hilton but not this location. The air conditioning units are broken and when told about it how my room was hot I was talked to like I was stupid
Disliked: The front desk managers Sharlene was very rude to me when I brought up my complaints after been asked how my stay was… before gathering any info or facts she just started assuming i don’t know how a air conditioner works… it “turns on and turns off when the air gets to a certain degree” but my THEROMOSTAT was broken!!!! It was hot and miserable ! As well as an hour before check out, there was no knock and housekeeping, just walked in to my room when I was still taking a nap

Fine stay outside of Baltimore.

Liked: Our front desk attendant was personable and helpful as we checked in. The location of the property was near other establishments so we were able to walk to dinner. The room was neat and tidy when we arrived. The breakfast buffet provided an assortment of healthy options. The sitting area was clean and we were able to secure the large table for our relatives who also stayed at the hotel.

Disliked: The website continues to claim the parking is FREE, which is totally wrong and NOT TRUE. This time I was charged $18 for half a night of parking as I checked in after 1:00 am as my flight landed very late Theres no refrigerator and microwave

No hair conditioner in the bottle in the shower. Shower however, was excellent.

Disliked: Hot water should have been hot for tea.
