Hampton Inn By Hilton Atlanta-Buckhead

Liked: Clean. Breakfast was good, except for the worst sausage I have ever had.
Disliked: Hanging/barn sliding doors on bathroom. No bathroom fan. No closets.

Very disappointed. Hampton Inn's are usually much more reliable than this.

Disliked: The bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival. I also called the day before to confirm my reservation and inquire about the shuttle service. I was told it would be no problem getting us to our venue. We called for the shuttle shortly after check in and were told it was broken and they would call us a cab. We waited over 30 minutes for our cab, were late to our concert, and spent $45 we shouldn't have had to. We later heard them tell someone else that they just didn't have anyone to drive it!

Disliked: Tried to clean my room too early. I had not even had breakfast when knocking at my door.

Liked: I've stayed at this location many times and like the location.
Disliked: The morning breakfast person did not show up for work one morning and there did not seem to be a backup plan. The person at the front desk did the best he could to cover.
