The bed was comfortable. The hotel room was clean.

Disliked: The upholstery in the hotel dining area was stained.

My only complaint was the rudeness from our taxi driver. I believe it's Jack's taxi. Was very rude and used very very vulgar language while doing so.

Liked: The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean our stay was great!

Location was perfect. Our room had a great view of the city. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was very good. I was impressed at how quickly everything was replenished. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Liked: The room was the cleanest that we ever stayed in. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. Coffee and water were available continuously.
Disliked: The cost. This was the highest amount that we have ever paid for a room. Also for us it would have been better if the bed had been facing the TV. Would have made it easier to watch it As it was it gave me a stiff neck!

Disliked: Need. Better pillows more toilet paper for four people in one room
