Hampton Inn By Hilton And Suites Hershey

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating! The bed was too hard for me. I need an extra soft bed due to back problems and no hotel has them! I would stay at the Hampton Inn again though and bring my own mattress pad or ask if they have any softer beds.

Liked: Staff were excellent. Didn't make breakfast so cannot review that. Room was quiet and comfortable. Shower and shampoo were nice. Linens were nice. Heat worked well. Shelter over main entrance was great since it rained during our disembarking and embarking our vehicle. Carts to transport our luggage to and from room were appreciated.
Disliked: Cleanliness of room -paint spatters were on some furniture and carpet. Shower control Valve leaked onto floor during shower use. Empty hair conditioner container in shower .

Liked: The breakfast options were good and the pool was clean.
Disliked: The elevators were dirty and the ice machine in the hallways needed to be cleaned. Bugs were flying out of it.
