If you're near downtown, park in the garage near the hotel; plenty of places to go on foot.

Liked: The upgraded room.
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice hotel to stay in. Beautiful older building with lots of architecture. Very close to the venue that we went to.

Liked: Nice breakfast in the morning and I appreciated the 11 o'clock check out.
Disliked: It's only a slightly negative thing - I have to say, our bed spread was dirty.

Great customer service from staff; valet was a little pricey but it was an all around nice experience.

Disappointing

Disliked: Booking.com charged me for something that the hotel didn't even offer, and the room that I requested wasn't what I got. We were supposed to have a suite with a walk-in shower, but instead, we were given a room with a bathtub

Liked: It was near the concert venue.
Disliked: Breakfast area was small and crowded. There was an issue with staffing so there wasn't a lot of food available. I also wish there was an option for free parking. The view from my room was also not great.

Suite enough

Liked: As we were attending a Reds baseball game, the hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the stadium. Arriving later in the day, self-parking was not a problem. It seemed to be in a decent area. The hotel lobby, breakfast area, and hallways were well-kept. Although the room could use some updating, it was spacious and clean. A nook contained a small refrigerator, microwave, and sink. An additional sink was separate from the tub/shower and toilet. A very nice continental breakfast was a bonus. Heather was very helpful in trying to resolve a friend's cancelation issue.
Disliked: Traveling with a group of friends, I booked a suite specifically so each of us could have our own bed (2 queens + sofa bed). The sofa bed mattress was VERY thin. A good mattress topper tucked along with the extra bedding in the closet would go a long way to a more comfortable night. We had to call down for an extra blanket, as only a fitted and top sheet were found with the extra pillows, but that was easily remedied. Not so easily fixed: the fan on the air conditioner is quite loud, and the drapes do not close all the way and the shears do not block enough of the city lights to make the room truly dark.

Liked: Big spacious room. The view was incredible. The bed was wonderful.
Disliked: That the pool closed so early. I know 11 is acceptable. We wanted to swim after we went to our show, sadly when we returned the pool had closed

Liked: The roll out bed for 4 adults
Disliked: The cost of the room we thought we were getting. The cost of parking every day. The TV did not work all weekend. The phone didn't work, and there was no luggage cart to use when we left.
