If you're near downtown, park in the garage near the hotel; plenty of places to go on foot.

Liked: The upgraded room.
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice hotel to stay in. Beautiful older building with lots of architecture. Very close to the venue that we went to.

Liked: Nice breakfast in the morning and I appreciated the 11 o'clock check out.
Disliked: It's only a slightly negative thing - I have to say, our bed spread was dirty.

Great customer service from staff; valet was a little pricey but it was an all around nice experience.

Liked: Beautiful building. Very clean throughout. Very friendly staff. Very large selection for breakfast. Large room very spacious!

Was not worth the money...

Liked: The pillows weren’t comfortable at all. The shower barely was Luke warm at best. The room wasn’t a comfortable temperature now matter how we set the thermostat, and the bath towels were stained. The ice maker didn’t work on our floor and we had to go to another floor just to get ice. The valet was the best part of our stay.

Quick trip to Cincy

Liked: This place is amazing. We arrived at the hotel, and when getting to the lobby we were upgraded from a queen room to a queen suite. The room was spacious, and clean. The valet parking attendant was helpful. The morning for breakfast was outstanding. The attendant was friendly and even made the waffles for us. She was constantly on the go and very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: cleaning of the room should happen daily. It is difficult to enter a room with filled garbage bin especially when more than one person stays in a room.
