Passable

Liked: Not happy at all with booking . Com they charged me twice when I called them . Tried to call back got 3 different people who were no help. I need a refund of $225. That I was over charged because they didn’t understand.

Won’t stay at this hotel...

Liked: The location is great; the breakfast could be a lot better.
Disliked: We have stayed at the hotel several times over the past several years but have found it to be sadly in need of updating. The carpet is threadbare in places, the wall in the bathroom is chipped and there is a general musty odor throughout the hotel. We were very disappointed because we have enjoyed it many times.
