Nice hotel nearby the beach

Liked: Public beach access is a 4 minute walk away, hotel pool is really nice. Breakfast experience was good (selection and quality of food)
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel uses disposable tableware. On cool weather conditions, the breakfast area is a little too small, while you can sit outside on warm weather conditions. Furthermore, please note that it's a pet friendly hotel, so there are some guest dogs in the facility, which scared our son.

Liked: The hotel is definitely not pretty inside or out. There are scuffs on the walls down the hall, the wood on the bedframe is chipped..BUT it was clean, there is a laundry room for guests, and overall it was a nice place to stay.

Disliked: The website said 400 ft from beach .That is true but they didn’t say they were across the street from a vacation rental 3 story building and behind it is the beach. Public access to the beach is at the end of the street much more then 400 ft.
