As a member of HILTON REWARDS it was not a pleasant stay

Liked: Breakfast was great & breakfast attendant was very nice....location was perfect for us
Disliked: A/C did NOT work in room #325......No HOT water in the morning for shower.....morning front desk attendant on 4/26 was not attentive to my concerns....

Expected more and better.

Liked: The location. Air conditioning was great.
Disliked: Room size…bed was uncomfortable..bathroom sliding door had very visible work done to it (caulking all around shower door) Have always stayed at La Quinta or Holiday Inn and decided to splurge on Hampton and would have gotten way more for my money at any of the other two hotels mentioned.. Maybe my expectations were to high..Also computer was slow so it took about 10minutes just to get my card keys.
