Hampton Inn Colonnade Great place...

Liked: We came on a very busy weekend, there was a Concert, Game and something else was going on, and you were booked to capacity, people were waiting on the lobby for their room, but the young lady at the front desk was working hard to get everyone into their rooms and she made us feel comfortable while we were waiting z I can't remember her name but she was the one with tattoos on her arms, that young lady needs a raise, between her and the supervisor that was on shift they kept in contact as the staff cleaned the room, they released to the next person waiting my hats off to them, because it was an overwhelming situation and they got through it. Job well done. I will definitely be staying again.
Disliked: Short staff on cleaning crew and the Queen pullout sofa only came with one pillow, one flat sheet, and a light throw blanket "not enough cover"

Disliked: The sink was falling out of the counter and the tub was badly chipped and gross. They should have paid me to stay there

Disliked: the disrespectful casisher, they where playing didnt care about the customers that was standing in front of them trying to get check in. they were very unprofessional. no training skills at all. i started to find another hotel.
