Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hvac was not working...it took about two hours where tge attendant tried to repair it but it didn't work so we were upgraded to king size beach view room.
Disliked: Nothing, we felt very safe and secure.

Disliked: 2 of 3 breakfasts were horrible. No milk, no black regular coffee, no regular syrup, ran out of regular waffle mix. Waffle area was a mess, she never attempted to clean tables or waffle area. Eggs were limited and rubbery. The pool was significantly misrepresented on line, small, no towels. I received an email confirming my reservation and it said that masks to be worn in building. Someone needs to update what is sent out to patrons.
