Disliked: We made our booking through booking.com and found that that caused some limitations. I had mistakenly booked an accessible king room which also was connected to an adjoining room. When I asked for a different room that was not necessarily accessible and without an adjoining room, I was told that because I booked through booking.com they couldn't help me. Perhaps because it was an accessible room, the room was very sparse and bare bones, e.g., no amenities except a bar of soap in the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and springy; mattress should be replaced. Also the sheets were very uncomfortable and clearly non-absorbent polyester. I had a very uncomfortable sleep. I've stayed in several Hampton Inns and this one definitely did not measure up.

Liked: Check in staff was bad. No manners, mumbled and and was basically rude and unhelpful. Check out staff was delightful!Toilets were way too low

Liked: The staff was excellent, check in was very fast. The room was perfect Breakfast is always hot and good.
Disliked: The pillows were terrible, too small for a king size bed and very uncomfortable. Also, bring back the bar of soap for the shower. I dislike the containers in the shower. Otherwise all was perfect.

Disliked: I didn’t like that house keepers kept knocking on our door even before we got to checkout.
