Liked: The mattress on my bed was comfortable. There were large pump bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner instead of tiny bottles which are wasteful. The room was quiet and the front desk staff asked us which floor we would prefer. All appreciated.
Disliked: The mattress on the pull out bed was dismal. The room had an odor upon entering, and the air conditioner was old. The window was not operational, I prefer to be able to crack the window for fresh air. There were grits instead of oatmeal for breakfast.

Liked: There was nothing that really stood out to be fair. The rooms are tired and the facilities are over stated.
Disliked: The shower is less than adequate, the pool was closed with no pre warning about this being so. Trying to het a valid invoice for the stay is proving to be like climbing a mountain

Decent stay

Liked: Breakfast was good and it was clean and welcoming. Felt safe considering the area and is walking distance to good food.
Disliked: First room we were given had a broken/ missing curtain and was next to the noisy ice machine. Hall smelled like gas. They did move us when I asked about the curtain situation and that room was better but the bed wasn't particularly comfortable.
