A nice place to spend...

Liked: My room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The woman who greeted me at the reception desk was especially nice.
Disliked: I blame my twelve year old GPS system for this, not the hotel, but it took me two hours to find the place. Apparently Liberty Mountain Drive is a relatively new addition to Lynchburg. So the enthusiastic reception staff, who greeted me with big smiles and a bottle of cold water upon my arrival, was especially nice.

Housekeeping needs some work

Liked: I love the receptionist Britney she was very amazing. I loved my stay overall
Disliked: I didn't like it when I asked if housekeeping would be coming to my room. The lady that was working that morning said they didn't have a set time and asked if I had a problem. I told her I had trash and needed towels, plus the microwave was very nasy. I saw the housekeeping was near my room, my daughter and I set out of the room for hours so we wouldn't be in the way. Went back to my room after I saw housekeeping was no longer in the hallway to find my room wasn't touched. I had to call my husband to bring me a trash bag and something to clean the nasty microwave so I could heat my daughter up so food.The next morning, housekeeping decided to wake us up at 8:30 she knocked on the door twice by the time I got there she had opened our door, saying she was sorry she thought we left....by this time I'm pissed being check out wasn't intill 11, I felt like I was being rushed out so I checked out!
