Great customer service from staff; valet was a little pricey but it was an all around nice experience.

Liked: The downtown convenience.
Disliked: The poor valet could not handle the amount of cars for the hotel so we were unable to retrieve our luggage from our vehicle. The room was not cleaned throughly and had absolutely no towels in the restroom when we arrived at 9:00 pm. The staff was complaining about being overwhelmed. There was dirt and dust all over the room the staff did not bother to clean behind the bed or end tables as there was trash and someone?s underpants from and pervious visit, as well as someone?s shirt in the closet. I called the corporate line and sent a bad review and of course they did not respond. This is why I choose to stay with Mariott.

Small, dirty, over-priced and not...
Liked: The historical building. The staff. The location.
Disliked: The sheets were dirty. The "King Suite" that I rented, was very small. The coffee maker, carpet, desk and chair were super outdated. The remote for the television had food splattered and dried on it. Parking for the hotel was $38. That price could've been included in the $160 a night price.
