Nice hotel to stay in. Beautiful older building with lots of architecture. Very close to the venue that we went to.
Liked: Nice breakfast in the morning and I appreciated the 11 o'clock check out.
Disliked: It's only a slightly negative thing - I have to say, our bed spread was dirty.

Great customer service from staff; valet was a little pricey but it was an all around nice experience.

Decent place to stay. Price...
Liked: Location is good and rooms were large.
Disliked: Very poor air conditioning. Rooms had box fans. Rooms could use a little upgrade, especially the bathrooms.

Very good
Liked: I was nice place, room was confortable and clean, no noise.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok, i remember it being a bit better. I am being critical. It did the job. I am a true coffee drinker, i wish would could have coffee like in Italy, that's all applies for every hotel that's i've seen around here. No worries, i didn't have my coffee this morning. Cheers.

Liked: Free breakfast, friendly staff.
Disliked: Temp control in room didn’t work properly. Was either a freezer or sauna. Parking option was much too expensive.

Comfortable, convienent, friendly
Liked: I liked the breakfast, the security card scan in the elevators, the staff was very helpfull, happy and personable. I liked the location a lot, it was very convienent
Disliked: The parking situation I didnt like. It was expensive at 28 dollars a day and I was charged for 3 days automatically when I took my car out, so I wasn't billed in 24 hour incriments

Extremely friendly staff
Liked: Day was amazing! Very friendly, helpful and upbeat. Really enjoyed meeting her and having her help us check in and out. Room was clean and fairly comfortable
Disliked: Parking, not much for options, but the valet service did a nice job

Disliked: Rugs were worn and no microwave in room as advertised. Younger black girl at reception was rude.

Extremely disappointing.
Liked: We booked the Cincinnati downtown Hampton inn for two nights so that we were within walking distance of all the amenities. On our arrival we were told they had oversold the hotel so we would need to be moved to the uptown one (10/15 minute Uber ride away). This was done with no benefit to us, no money back, and we were told we would receive a voucher..which we still haven’t seen. The staff at the uptown Hotel were helpful and on our arrival we were shown to our room which is what we would have expected. The next morning despite booking for two nights we were told that we should go back to the original downtown hotel for the second night as they had only moved us for one, this was not communicated to us the previous night so we rang to check. We we rang we were told they had cancelled our whole stay booking as they hadn’t moved us in the system- which put us on the now show list, this had therefore cancelled our booking and also charged us for the stay that we didn’t have….!!! So we had no hotel to stay in that this point, thankfully the lady at the uptown hotel was very helpful and was able to get us a room there but I had to pay again for this room…overall extremely disappointing service but I was appreciative of the help of the lady at the uptown hotel.
