great room

Liked: one of the best rooms we have stayed in in london. friendly staff, clean and spacious room, good variety at breakfast ( the chocolate filled croissants are a must!)
Disliked: one coffee machine at breakfast that was quite slow is not ideal.agree with other reviews that it should be clearly signposted that it’s not a real window or window that can open in the lower levels of the hotel.
