Very comfortable.
Liked: Very comfortable and quiet location, yet centrally located for activities and restaurants. 10 min walk from nearest tube station. Spacious room and very food value for money than similar hotels nearby. Staff were super-polite and friendly.
Disliked: TV Guide was very odd - seemed to be a day out of sync! Buffet breakfasts in these chain hotels are always so predictable and so dull, and this one especially so. Eat out.

Decent stay, clean and comfy,...
Liked: Clean and relatively close to underground and centre London.
Disliked: Rooms are incredibly small - pictured are deceiving.

Disappointed!!
Liked: Booked the hotel for my two sons as a Christmas gift, gave them all the necessary information for booking in. Staff were rude and made them panic thinking they would have to go to another hotel as they were told they should have booked themselves, not how gifts work!!
Disliked: I emailed the property and got a response but didn’t take away from it spoiling their experience.

Very enjoyable and memorable stay...
Liked: Breakfast was amazing ; huge variety of food, all beautifully prepared and presented. Very well laid out so that one could wander around freely and choose. Also it meant that queues didn’t develop - always very helpful!
Disliked: For me, the price was high but I live in Nottingham and so my view may not be realistic. I expected the price to be higher in London but not that high. Also, I felt that the choice of rooms should include single rooms with a single bed. Without this, people like myself, have no option but to pay for two. This seems unfair.
