Disliked: -Very expensive for below average quality - 'Queen size' room with a room slightly bigger than the bathroom- Bugs in our room and sick- toilet flush continuing to make noise throughout the night- dirty and wet towels still in our room after cleaners coming in- when given feedback to staff especially regarding the cleanliness, completely uninterested

Liked: Hi food was fine and all well cooked and warm .. I spoke to all staff they all replied . Good morning etc
Disliked: On my first night from 8pm to 10.30pm something went wrong with the power of electric no T.V. no kettle to make a drink and then at 3pm a Large amount of shouting outside and in the downstairs of the hotel ! Police were soon called 3 cars they used laptops outside to download the CCTV.. of the incident .. I did not complain . its not my style / I did mention it when checking out and said i hope no staff were hurt .. Thanks for reading regards peter

Liked: It's a cosy little hotel on a quiet street, close to the metro. It was warm and confortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was nothing to write home about and I would of limed a towel hanger in the bathroom and toileteries.
