Disliked: We were woken by the fire alarm at 0130 and had to evacuate the building. We had to stand in the cold for 45minutes with no information. Eventually we were allowed to return as it was an accident and they could not turn off the alarm. I did not get any sleep for the rest f the night. I requested a full refund of GBP105, but have not even received an answer.

Superb

Liked: All staff were friendly and welcoming from the receptionists to the kitchen staff. The rooms were kept tidy and room service was very helpful.
Disliked: The only issue that we had was the TV not being able to screen mirror and stream other platforms (Netflix, YouTube etc) so only cable TV was available to us. This wasn’t a major issue, although being flexible in our options would’ve added to a better experience

Liked: Good breakfast, Far from city centre, but fairly good access to public transport within 10 min.Good staffFairly clean room

Simple review

Liked: Staff were great and helped out with any issues we had. Facilities were also great. Breakfast offered lots of choices. Room was clean and felt comfortable.
Disliked: Carpark not clearly signposted

During event at the Excel...

Liked: The location, communication of the staff and standard breakfast options were simple and value for money.
Disliked: The toilet was for disabled and there is nothing wrong with it but the receptionist should let the customer know on why am I being given that?

Very good and would stay...

Liked: Everything was very nice, friendly staff who were very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast room was very small, always felt like you were in someone’s way, not the best experience for breakfast.
