A plesant surprise.

Liked: Was expecting a functional no-nonsense business hotel (which it was no doubt) but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were compact but very well designed and seemed roomier than expected. Breakfast buffet was the best we had on our trip. Limited menu compared to the fancier and more expensive hotels we stayed in at Windermere and London, but the food seemed fresher and tastier. Will definitely want to stay here on our next visit to Blackburn.

Liked: Modern and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The fact the first room given to me hadn't been cleaned properly. Mixed review on staff friendliness.
