Liked: Modern, clean and tidy hotel with good facilities, we would recommend
Disliked: One of the lifts was out of order

Liked: Clean and spacious for 3 people
Disliked: Shower was not as powerful as other Hamptons stayed before, pillows were not great but bed was comfortable

Liked: Room was excellent- loved the smeg fridge Staff friendly
Disliked: Was given room number for a room that was already occupied. Fortunately my key didn’t work. Had to carry all my bags back down to reception and I have arthritis. There was a staff member upstairs who phoned down but also sent me bank down. Would have preferred it if she had phoned to identify the issue then fix it ! They ran out of Diet Coke, no fruit Juice for breakfast Not much tea and milk in room. Hand cream dispenser empty amd towels tiny. Easy fixes though. Great hotel and staff.

Liked: Nice clean hotel , but would not stay at the hotel again far to hot within the bedroom no windows and heating was broken no air con not able to sleep
