Amazing experience; the staff were lovely and very friendly; the hotel was so clean and looked after well.

Lovely, helpful staff. A clean room and a comfy bed. The breakfast was very nice - we particularly liked the waffle maker and hot chocolate. My sister has recently had a knee replacement so not very mobile but the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Only 2 stops on the frequent buses from Symphony Hall for Â1 fare. We loved it - thank you!

Liked: Very clean hotel and room. Staff very polite. Beds very comfy
Disliked: Windows couldn’t open at all so no air circulation, after shower was used it was so hot and didn’t cool down

Don't expects the same quality...

Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful, and breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is right next to a tram station and bus station, with busses running every 6-10 minutes.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the overall state of the hotel is rather bad. Lots of broken signage, and the lift inside had been fixed with some duct tape: nothing for people scared of taking lifts. My room had a very very small building-corner window which made the room quite dark. The bedside lamps did not give off enough light for comfortable lighting. Not many nice food & restaurant options around the area of the hotel.

Perfect location for where I...

Liked: Location was perfect for where I had to go. Room was big and spacious.Didn’t hear any noise so was nice and peaceful.
Disliked: Tv didn’t work I tried numerous times and just couldn’t get it to work. I didn’t like the lock on the door didn’t feel secure.I could hear next door go in the bathroom and realised there was a door between us so felt abit on edge about it.
