Lovely, helpful staff. A clean room and a comfy bed. The breakfast was very nice - we particularly liked the waffle maker and hot chocolate. My sister has recently had a knee replacement so not very mobile but the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Only 2 stops on the frequent buses from Symphony Hall for Â1 fare. We loved it - thank you!

Good affordable place, pay for...

Liked: The price of the stay is really great, the location could not be better, since it is around the corner form the Metro! The room was an okay size, could have been a bit bigger but was fine for a few nights!
Disliked: Their was an issue with a metal panel falling down from under the Air Conditioning unit when we were out, upon returning to the room it was on the floor. I did speak to the front desk about this and the manager came to the room and managed to get the panel back up in the space. I also feel like the breakfast each day was an issue this stay, we were waiting on food items a lot and some of the food items did not taste fully cooked. The bed was okay but could have had more comfortable pillows, as I was having issues with my neck whilst sleeping.
