Amazing experience; the staff were lovely and very friendly; the hotel was so clean and looked after well.

Lovely, helpful staff. A clean room and a comfy bed. The breakfast was very nice - we particularly liked the waffle maker and hot chocolate. My sister has recently had a knee replacement so not very mobile but the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Only 2 stops on the frequent buses from Symphony Hall for 1 fare. We loved it - thank you!

Disliked: Sadly at breakfast there was a huge argument in the kitchen which spoilt atmosphere of breakfast and shouting was not pleasant or professional The staff not involved were really helpful and polite still

Disliked: The location i have to get a short ride in the bus to get to center if you have visitor you have to go down to let him in upstairs even if you rang them i left my big shampoo i rang then and them they throw in the bin already should keep it for a certain time before putting in the bin not every item has a value small or big one of the staff said they do not have an ice but i had it previously from other staff . The bath floor is flooding when you had shower the should just put a glass or a divider

Cheap, clean and enjoyable

Liked: For the price I cannot argue. It was a comfortable stay and I have no complaints. Located right by St Pauls tram stop, and a stones throw away from St Pauls Cathedral where you can find nice bars and restaurants, all made it a delightful stay. We did not intend to stay in the hotel much so we wanted to find somewhere cheap and clean. The Hampton was exactly that. The time we did spend in the hotel, we enjoyed and felt comfortable
Disliked: Everything was great, if I had to find a fault - there wasnt a great variety of pastries at breakfast, but there was plenty of other stuff to choose from which made up for it (cooked meats, eggs, and hashbrowns, fruits, and even waffles).

Decent hotel for people visiting...

Liked: Friendly staff (Samuel especially) breakfast was great and good location for arena. hockley social club is near by and good for a bite to eat and a few drinks
Disliked: The air con might as well not be there, it didnt do a thing.
