Liked: Great location and friendly staffed. Only a few minutes walk to everything that Queenstown offers.

Liked: Perfect location for a view of the Remarkables but still only a short 5min walk to the main action of Queenstown. Easy parking at the door, ample kitchen facilities and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Bathroom needs a better extraction fan and shower door/curtain

Loved Queenstown

Liked: Convenience of location
Disliked: Room wasn't very clean, and it wasn't really as presented in the photos etc. walls had holes and scratches, quite dusty and not cleaned well

Liked: First the location, the cleanliness of the place, the facilities. All awesome
Disliked: Everything was awesome except for the blankets. The smell is not that good and I think it's not newly washed. But aside from that two thumbs up

Liked: Spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Beds are ok.
Disliked: Very slow WIFI. Could have been cleaner cups and utensils

Liked: The location is perfect, easy walking distance to all central Queenstown activities.
Disliked: I think it is overpriced for what it is. The motel unit was so small, it was hard to even fit alongside the beds. There was no coffee plunger which we think is a basic requirement in a motel, not even one to borrow from reception. The hairdryer sparked when we tried to use it. The shower leaked through onto the carpet in the lounge, clearly an ongoing fault given the water damage. We were compensated 20% for the wet floor but it was disappointing to stay somewhere with soaking wet carpet.
