Awful experience. Amazing hotel. Reception...

Liked: Manager on reception Janiter is the angriest most aggressive woman on the planet. We left. Rude and looks down on you even though the price of the rooms or maybe it’s because we’re Liverpudlian whatever the reason I will not be returning. Despicable shocking
Disliked: Obnoxious check in staff. Manager thinks she’s Jlo

Liked: Excellent hotel, in a brilliant location. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was amazing.
Disliked: Could do with a kettle in the room, although not to much of a problem as we only stayed one night. Breakfast was slightly over priced for what you got.

Disliked: concierge at night told us the rooftop terrace was closed...don't be fooled, for hotel guests it's open all night.

Disliked: I find the service charge and prices of food and drink need looking at. Staff need to inform the customer of the high service charges

Liked: Beautiful Hotel with excellent staff. Great location in the heart of Soho. Rooms are comfortable and faultless. Love this place.
Disliked: Little pricey but the standard of the Hotel and the excellent staff justify the expense.

Thoughtful touches of hospitality

Liked: It was the touches of hospitality that wowed us. The extra bed was made for our 3 year old daughter and they left a children's book for bed time stories. In the bath room next to our bath robes was a smaller bath robe and slippers just her size. She felt very special wearing this.
Disliked: We just wished we'd booked a longer stay to enjoy it more.
