Liked: Nice peaceful location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The property was dated and grubby. The bed was old and really uncomfortable. The room was tatty and had scratch marks on the wall above the tv. There was no tv remote we had to go and ask for one.No plug sockets next to the beds.I did speak to the receptionist about the room and she said that all the rooms are the same. I asked for my comments to passed on to the manager as we had paid £125 a night for the room and felt it was excessive for the state of the room. We could not work out why the bathroom smelled so bad.Finally on the last morning we saw the absolute gross build up of black mould under the toilet rim, which was absolutely disgusting.

Good

Liked: Great location for the ski and snowboard center. Good facilities, decent breakfast.
Disliked: Room was a bit dated, bar service was very slow and it shut quite early and without warning.

Its been a while since...

Liked: Bar menu was just what we needed rather than a full meal in the evening. The Spa facilities are always welcome after a day driving and the main reason we stay with you.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit lukewarm. It's hard to get the balance right on a buffet breakfast I know - the fried egg was not hard so that is a plus point in your favour.

Disappointed

Liked: Good location, spa & would of been good in its day
Disliked: One of staff was rude, wifi didn’t work, no desk space, very dated, no thermostat, no aircon

Disliked: Restaurant food was poor quality and service struggled with the it half full
