Disappointing and poor value for...

Liked: The hotel currently advertises itself as having facilities for the disabled however their lift is not working and will not be for an unspecified period. There was no concession given in the price. Unhelpful management when this was stance was questioned.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit tired looking and were not too clean.

Disliked: They don't accept my booking comformation from Booking.comThey treated me like criminal ,they take sensible information from me on hard paper copy from my passport my bank details and card details.they cheating with that and charging my card upfront try to take moneyThe booking is been with no prepayment option,pay on arrival on place but they don't accept that . They treat me like second hand people . They don't accept me when I ask to see the room when I arrive at the hotel .they charge me £180 for two nights and after that they give me room which room is been horrible. Dirty room and bathroom,blocked sink,no showers ,one towel,used toilet paper. From the windows you can see only emergency stairs and cleaning staff who walk on the front of the windows and smoke cigarettes,make loud noises from their steps on metal stears. And much more problems.when I ask to cancel the cheating me with refund who I never received but have recipe from them .they don't return my money . My partner is with arthritis and she moved difficult and painful and is been stressing about that of need to looking for another hotel on midnight where we can stay for her treatments in the next two days.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was great - although no croissant? Which seems strange!
Disliked: We were very disappointed when the spa facilities were shut the day of departure, we came here 3 weeks before our baby was due to relax and unwind before the arrival! We loved the spa the evening of our stay but as you can only arrive at 3 we had limited time then.We were told we could use the spa for as long as we want that day! We went upstairs packed our things and went back down in our robes excited for a day of relaxing (this was the most appealing part and why we actually booked to have the whole day in the spa)To be told the spa was closed due to staffing issues - it obviously can not be helped but we weren’t offered any kind of apology or voucher to come back, this night away wasn’t cheap and to not get to do what we actually paid for was very disappointing.

Liked: location good lift out of ser ode during refurb but pre warned
Disliked: parking extortionate @£15 per 24 hours and this was the discounted rates for hotel guests
