Great location and lovely amenities...

Liked: The pool is amazing, spacious and well layed out. The gym is also the best equipped gym I've ever been in a hotel. Fantastic. The buffet breakfast was also pretty nice.
Disliked: There was no AC in the room and it's been very hot. The doors and floors look pretty old and not taken care of.

We had a brilliant stay,...

Liked: We were supposed to have the night away from our children but plans changed and we had to bring our 5 month old baby. The staff were so accommodating and added a cot to our room and amended the times for treatments at the spa.
Disliked: We were quite hot at nighttime as the fan provided wasn’t the best (we picked one of the hottest days of the year so far!)

Liked: Loved our rooms. Location good and we loved the garden area etc. Also loved the Jazz evening last Friday.
Disliked: Nothing.

A Birthday Weekend Away

Liked: The swimming pool area and outdoor patio space were lovely. The bar and restaurant area were nice too, and we were lucky to arrive on an evening when live entertainment took place. The food offer was very good, especially as we stayed on a half board basis which included a 3-course evening meal.
Disliked: I think we must have have one of the oldest rooms available, and it had not been upgraded for some time which was a bit of a let down. The room itself was very spacious, although the small bathroom was sectioned off with a sliding door on one of the room. The knob to switch the main taps from bath to shower was missing, and the shower riser rail was not attached properly in the wall fixings. There wasn't an extractor fan, and the blind to the window in the bathroom had no open/close string.
