Dark uninviting room did not...

Disliked: It seemed difficult to get a clear description of the place online, but other guests rated it highly and photos showed nice grounds. When we showed up, there was no staff, our room was dark and uninviting and not at all what I expected. I thought I had booked a mountain view room (again, it was hard to get a precise idea of rooms online).

Liked: Beautiful historic home, wonderfun staff and great breakfast!
Disliked: I don't find rocking chairs or Adirondack style chairs comfortable and that is all there was in the room and patio.

Exceptional

Liked: This inn is so relaxing and tasteful. The breakfast offerings are extensive and served in a lovely dining room. Staff are friendly and unfailingly helpful. My room as absolutely clean and bright, with a view of a patio and garden. And with a skylight.

Disliked: Not very clean, hair in bathtub. Vents dirty. I misread and thought room had working fireplace. The in we got only had candle lit Kiva. None of the candles worked.

Beautiful, private location

Liked: It was a beautiful private property with spacious rooms and amazing staff. Breakfast was amazing. Wish every stay was like this one.

Disliked: I found many spider webs in the room that can tell it hasn't been deep clean or dust for a while, there was fungi growing on the bottom of the shower curtain, The bath tub was dirty this is not acceptable, especially at their rates, had a medical emergency and the person who picked up the phone was no help at all, we wont be coming back
