Overall, enjoyed my stay

Liked: Nice room, friendly staff
Disliked: Housekeeping did not clean my room on the 2nd day even though I informed them too.

Liked: We were allocated a room but when we entered the room it was not made up or cleaned, we then had to go back down to reception where they allocated us another room.In this room there were no coffee facilities available which when we made the booking it was specified that there will be coffee facilities in the room. The other 2 x rooms which our family members stayed in however did have coffee facility.

Lovely but with a few...

Liked: Beautiful room with amazing views of the airport and viewing balcony . Nice food although pricey as expected , free airport shuttle bus .
Disliked: Absolutely disgraceful you expect guests who have paid good money to pay $3 dollars for water I have stayed in many hotels half the price where water is complimentary. Shame on you guys , also a beautiful big room but no bath tub is not good .

Nice spot and comfortable stay

Liked: The room size is big and comfortable. Very close to the airport and easy check in. Outlets are everywhere
Disliked: The hotel is not cheap, but there is no free water. Everything counts money. I think simply offer 2 free bottles and a premium one to take money. However there is a tag to show it’s free in the front row. After I drank it, I found it’s only free for gold member but it costs to normal customer.
