Disliked: I reserved a room, and when I got there, it was stinking to cigarette, despite the hotel being non smoking. When I got back to the reception, they asked me “can’t you just open the window?” and that they were full, if I didn’t like it, there were other hotels nearby. After asking them to give me a full refund if I got a room in any of those hotels - well, they found another room for me. In the meanwhile, another guest was calling me names for daring to complain, and even wanted to “go outside” - to fight, I guess? Even the receptionist took time to explain that he wasn’t affiliated to the hotel and looked put off by what the guy thought were witty remarks. An absolute tool. I would avoid this place unless you had no other choice.

Liked: Everything was clean, staff was friendly, easy communication! 10, 10, 10! Parking, Pool, big apartmant, for that value, brilliant. There are also markets and Cafe nearby. I recommend! See you again!
