Wonderful experience

Liked: The hotel is very central, and walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast has a vast selection. We experienced St George's Day which was nice, and the hotel even held tradition and left a rose on our bed.
Disliked: The room was a little cramped.

Disliked: The room was too small, the bed as well. You can barely move. This was the only thing that I didn’t like.

Liked: Great location. Friendly staffs. Room was ready 3 hours earlier than check in time. Could leave our bags at the reception on the check out day.
Disliked: Only one thing..more of an advice to the future visitor, if you get a room that starts with 6..it is on the 6th floor which is actually in another building. The receptionist on the day that we arrived, she did try to explain to us but it wasn’t really clear. She did say we had to take the second lift but what confusing was when I asked her if the room was on the 2nd floor, she said yes. Anyway, after asking the 2 nice cleaning ladies we saw on the way, they explained that the room is actually in another building but can get there by taking the second lift to the 6th floor. It was a bit exhausting and confusing trying to find the room. Other than that all was good.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, modern & great location.
Disliked: The rooms we were allocatedwere in a different part of the building which meant having to carrying out suitcases up a small flight of stairs and taking two elevators to get to our room.

Disliked: We had a bad experience, the electricity was so bad, it was cutting off during our stay.The second day we didn’t had an electricity for 6 hours, two people were in our room trying to fix it. We didn’t complain we said thanks for the staff. The other day they charged us for being late for 20 minutes, we said that we respected you guys yesterday, we expected you to respect us too, the thing is not about money. They acted like nothing happened the day before.The staff treatment was rude, except the old man who is in the night was polite and so professional.
