Disappointing

Disliked: Pathetic noise insulation and temp control.

Disappointing stay at Gretna

Liked: Room well equipped and pleasantly decorated.
Disliked: Confusing directions on arrival, ended up walking through a wedding reception, very embarrassing. We were not offered dinner,presumably due to a wedding taking over the whole hotel, would not have booked if been made aware previously.

Exceptional

Liked: Room - comfort, cleanliness was perfect, dinner in restaurant was great. Coffee absolutely fantastic.
Disliked: Breakfast had not a big choice; pastry was wet inside, juce made from powder (taste like).

Liked: Reception lady went above and beyond to help fix date change on boking an extra room and was able to fix the problem i had stupidly caused staff were lovly friendly and very helpfull and help make my good friends weddding day and stay special but would like to say again a massive thank u to the receptionist for sorting it all out for me x
Disliked: Air conditiong needed that is my only fauilt

Disliked: Room small. People in room below continually smoke at outside table. We had our window open and smoke came directly into our bedroom . It was warm so we needed window open. ( no air conditioning or fan) Smokers were still smoking at one AM

Liked: Hotel was very clean, staff were welcoming and very attentive. Facilities top notch and food was amazing

Disliked: No air-conditioning room was to hot .(was hottest day of year) no where to hang anything in bathroom.
