Practically perfect

Liked: Great location and clean and comfortable. Perfect off road parking for the motorcycle, out of sight and felt secure.
Disliked: A little petty gripe, a few more coat hangers and a chest of drawers would have been nice

Pleasant place to stay but...

Liked: Beautiful coz rooms, dinner and living area.Staff was helpful and explained everything clearly and also welcoming.Express checkout was easy.
Disliked: Squeaky floors and toilets are a bit shaky.A man (handyman) just walked in my room right after I walked out of my room while I headed towards reception area for checkout. He said he needed to check the room quickly, not sure if he was doing this for every single room felt a bit invasive.

A quaint building in a...

Liked: Space in our room, location near the hop on hop off buss route, the friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The stairs were a lot to lug our bags up, but the room was worth the effort.

Liked: Easily reached from Royal Victoria hospital
Disliked: My room was on top floor and only ventilation was a roof light that I had to close because car alarms going off

Fantastic location and comfortable sleep

Liked: Excellent location. Information about late check in was sent and followed up with a call from reception.
Disliked: Our room was a little warm. Our preference is to have a top sheet and duvet. This wasn't anything that took away from the comfort of the bed/room facilities.

Not as pet friendly as...

Liked: The location was good, set on a quiet residential street.
Disliked: The hotel is advertised as pet friendly but we were told on arrival that dogs are not allowed in the dining room for breakfast. We were advised that we could eat in our room (which is not ideal with dogs) or on the smoking area bench outside. As a side note, there were two dining room sections, we only saw two sets of guests on one morning.
