perfect location, comfy mattress, dreamy...

Liked: The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a large king or queen bed and wonderful mattress and linens. The room was spacious. And the location was both beautiful and centrally located. We adored the flowers in the garden and the tranquility. The breakfast also offered many options, including healthy ones.

Rude owner! No compassion! Disgusting...

Liked: The property was clean.
Disliked: I organised a surprise for my friend as it was her 60th birthday I ordered a package. Included in this was a Prosecco however my friend prefers a blush wine so I asked if they could provide this instead in which they agreed. On the day of arrival, despite many emails and speaking to the reception manager beforehand to say it was a surprise, the receptionist told my friend chocolate were in the room, breakfast was paid for and the bottle of wine hadn’t been taken up yet so would bring it up soon. I was furious as the surprise had been spoilt and wasn’t ready in the room as promised. I asked for a complimentary breakfast the following day which was declined. We ordered and as we were filling our plate we were asked to pay and followed around the buffet to pay. Like we wasn’t trusted. This happened to no other guest. I was promised by the reception manager we would be looked after - this was a shambles.
