The whole experience was great, we stayed the night to see a concert at Ak Chin Pavilion and the Uber people were only $7. All was great, good job Holiday Inn!

Liked: The hotel staff was courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Woke up by staff checking if room was occupied - too early.

Great stay sketchy ppl outside

Liked: Very convenient location by freeway fast food gas stations it wasn’t loud and it was worth what I paid for
Disliked: The ppl hanging outside seemed sketchy. Traveling alone as a woman and arriving after 11pm made me feel unsafe since front doors lock u need to have your key on hand to get in which I wasn’t aware of but u can use buzzer

Disliked: The jacuzzi filter needs replaced it shooting out residue that is quite gross

Disliked: It is getting rundown, parking lot is very difficult to navigate, narrow spaces and isles, most spaces marked Compact. Lots of homeless people in the area, made me uncomfortable getting back to hotel late. The strong smell of weed in the parking lot.

Liked: I liked how clean the inside of the hotel was. The staff were friendly. Welcoming smiles and willingness to help
Disliked: I booked the location online. They don't take cash. Nor pets. The location is full of cats roaming outside the property. The room smelled like a dog. Very musty. I had to ask if i got my 2 rooms together that I requested. Because i was not going to be told. The 2 rooms were not together as i requested so my grown children could be next door to me and their father, who has Parkinsons. If I needed their help. I asked again. but no rooms were available. I was told at 730am I could go downstairs to retrieve extra towels if i like, because housekeeping didn't start until 9 am. My room had only 1 wash cloth and 3 dry towels for 4 ppl. I called housekeeping at 9am and no answer. I think housekeeping should be on clock sooner than 9 am, and someone should always be available to answer the phone if service is needed.
