GreenTree Hotel Phoenix West

The whole experience was great, we stayed the night to see a concert at Ak Chin Pavilion and the Uber people were only $7. All was great, good job Holiday Inn!

Liked: The hotel staff was courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Woke up by staff checking if room was occupied - too early.

I’d rate a 9/10!

Liked: Property was extremely convenient to my vacation location. The price for 2 nights was extremely reasonable!! Staff were all friendly, helpful, and kitchen staff did awesome for the complimentary breakfast. Called room service for towels and was greeted politely at my door with the things I needed 10 minutes later. Got a king size NON smoking room which was just as great, very clean to my liking (I’m also a housekeeper), bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap/lotion at the sink. There are several fast food joints around. My wife and I were very skeptical but I had a great experience for what I paid for and the surrounding area. Just keep to yourself and don’t bother the locals. Everyone is chill for the most part.
Disliked: Room service (food) delivery times. They are not in hotel based foods. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, I’d just want to make others aware that it’s around a neighborhood. The hotel itself was great .

Liked: Nice staff, quick and easy check in. When you first walk in it looks nice as it has a large open lobby and you see all the floors with the glass elevator. Lots of seating in lobby.
Disliked: One elevator for such a large hotel. Had to wait longer than average time to get on and off. It seems to be a location used for people attending concerts in the area so can get busy. We tried using stairs and they smelled like human urine and could not exit the building via stairs without setting off an alarm so had to exit 2nd floor and then wait for the elevator again. Needs stairs inside to get to the lobby. Needs some freshinging up and updates as the bathroom had rust and missing chunks and caulking everywhere. Outside there were transient tents.

Liked: breakfast was delicious! the staff/ manager were very friendly. they made sure everything was fine.
Disliked: no change, loved the vibes and most of all, the manager welcomed us.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at GreenTree Hotel Phoenix. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient and I really enjoyed the pool. I’d definitely stay here again!
Disliked: The coffee machine in the room wasn’t working, and a few electrical outlets were faulty. Breakfast was the same each day — eggs, baked potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, apples, waffles, coffee, tea and orange juice — but no sausage or variety, which got a bit repetitive.
