Disliked: Fist off my card was charged before I checked in without consent! When I called the hotel I was told a refund would be issued if required upon check in . After checking in we head to our room to find the tv didn’t work and there were several red colored stains on the carpet.We called the front desk and was told she would send someone to check the tv. 30 -40 minutes went by we called the front desk and no one would answer. My husband walked downstairs and we were assigned another room . We moved to the 5th floor to a room slightly bigger however the room had a horrible smell of pet urine and vinegar At this point it was late so we sanitized the room and stayed the night. This was the worst experience !

Disliked: Every thing else was poor.dirty room,never servesd during our stay for 3 night.Dirty stained carpet The room phone and and the coffee machine was broken.There was no tissue box in the room.The breakfast was poor.Bad experience.Very disappointed.

Disliked: Room smell wasnt pleasant. Cleanliness could have been better throughout hotel. Not much to any effort put into decor or customer service. My room had stains all over carpet. Breakfast laughable.
