A brilliant place to stay...

Liked: Excellent staff. Food was amazing. Service and friendliness wonderful. Breakfast great with plenty to eat and we’ll cooked. Made to feel extremely welcome by all staff from management to entertainment act to auxiliary staff - always a friendly hello and conversation to be had.
Disliked: Nothing really!

Disliked: The mattress needs replacement. You sink 8-10 inches in from the middle.Day 1 the breakfast was great, service was perfect. Day 2 completely opposite.

Liked: Great Location, Just off the Motorway after a long drive from Essex, Large Car Park, Our Room was clean & comfortable, Nice and Quite, Brilliant Breakfast Room upstairs with Great Staff looking after us, and a Large hall & Bar if you wanted an evening drink & music.
Disliked: It was Perfect, No Problems.

Surprisingly excellent

Liked: Value for money is superb - breakfast is great.
Disliked: Lights on in Car Park overnight is a good thing security wise - but just need the bedroom curtains to fit properly to stop it lighting the room!
