Liked: Great Location, Just off the Motorway after a long drive from Essex, Large Car Park, Our Room was clean & comfortable, Nice and Quite, Brilliant Breakfast Room upstairs with Great Staff looking after us, and a Large hall & Bar if you wanted an evening drink & music.
Disliked: It was Perfect, No Problems.

Surprisingly excellent

Liked: Value for money is superb - breakfast is great.
Disliked: Lights on in Car Park overnight is a good thing security wise - but just need the bedroom curtains to fit properly to stop it lighting the room!

Liked: Staff were amazing! Welcoming and extremely accommodating. Rooms were clean and it was quiet at night. The meals were tasty and really good size food portions.
Disliked: May not be for everyones taste as the decor is dated, however the room was clean and if it was fancy, I'd have to pay more making my trip less doable.

Liked: All of the staff were extremely friendly, the room was very clean and comfy, and the food was excellent in the lounge.
Disliked: The WiFi wasn't working in the room, which was inconvenient considering I was there for 2 nights.
