Horrible. Will not be back.

Liked: The rooms are dirty. Not cleaned well at all we found hair in our sink and bathtub and fake press on nails on the floor in our room. Which we cleaned ourselves. Sink was clogged and not fixed even though we let maintenance know about the issue. The thermometer didn’t work at all actually the face screen fell and wouldn’t connect back on. We froze for 2 nights. I kept calling costumer service but they got tired of my calls and stopped answering them. Lastly , the day we checked in which as noon on April 29, 2025 and stayed 2 nights , we had a rude young girl behind the counter and she advised us that they did not have any rooms available for us to check in and let us know that they will text our phone once the room was ready between 1-4 hours. So we waited a hour and then I finally spoke to a manager named Vicky at the hotel. She advised me that they had many rooms available and that she would have a talk with the girl who checked us in. Very unprofessional. The hotel was practically empty we came after spring break. The best part guests kept checking in and going right up to their room while my family and I sat in the waiting area waiting for our room.
Disliked: Staff is not very jolly behind the desk at checkin counter.

Great stay for location and...

Liked: We always have luck with great room rates. It’s a great way to convince your kids to leave Disney earlier, if you need it.
Disliked: You can almost NEVER check in early, the kiosks never work for check in and unfortunately same with the app. Check in is at 4pm but be prepared to wait as there’s rarely more than 3/4 people working the desk. If you’re wanting coffee from Dunkin be prepared to wait but don’t wait too long as it closes early also. Also unless you want to spend all your vacation money, bring your own snacks or Doordash- it’s cheaper.

Liked: Checkin was incredibly slow. I did the self check in, which I waited in line for, and then the machine timed out and made me go wait in another line. It took an hour for us to check in. Otherwise, stay was great. Kids love the water park.
