Liked: The location was not to far. I was able to kinda get a like bit of a deal from Sunday to Monday. I love the staff were very understanding, kind and seem to care. And the make sure to keep an watch on everyone in the water area to make sure everyone is safe and has a good time. We did the mining attraction and we were confused because the last section was not working but the lady did make up for it and give us an extra sand bag for mining free to make up for it I was happy about that. We love that we can enjoy water play during anytime of the year. The poolside bar lady last day she helped me out with things that wasn't on the list that i was looking for and made them right up👍🏼👍🏼. Rooms seem to be very clean,comfy. I love that they do free activities to keep kids entertained and they have a dance party at end of night even though my 9yo like mom no lol it was still fun.
Disliked: The breakfast is cheaper if you pay when checking in $15.99 compared to $27.99 at breakfast site. The breakfast was not worth the fuss in telling you I thought it would be easy for kids and have different variety, no, first over half of the dishes where dirty yes dirty, the chicken nuggets tasted old, not good, the ham was coldi didn't eat it didn't want to get sick so I went back for more and touched the plate of ham to my lip it was cold to, the lady had got out more, but really was a turn off when I seen her take the meat out with hands even though she had gloves on, after trying that one out it was only barley warm,eggs was soggy the man said from condensation yeah right it don't work like that. I been to plenty breakfast buffet including hotel and never seen this before, we avoided that. The orange juice was out. Breakfast starts at 7:30 it was almost 8:00 so like wow. It wasn't packed. Next time if I'm back here I will bring my hot skillet, and air fryer. I didn't like you but these paw passes or pay $16.99 to reactivate the magi quest game only for it to hand a time limit from I believe 9am-10pm but you can play arcade 24hr so should you the worst game to I mean it's not hurting nobody, if I'm spending all this money I want kids to do as much as possible, if they playing video games all night they should be able to finish the quest I beloved that is a waste of money and time.
