Great place for a family...

Liked: It is a great place to be travelling with kids. The little kids were entertained and when ever you were outside the room - the giggles were everywhere as kids were going on their treasure hunts. Really fun place for kids.
Disliked: There is nothing I didn't like. It was pretty much exactly as advertised. Staff was great.

Liked: Water park. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Liked: Staff was the best. Pillows were rough. Food was good. Best indoor water park for size and scale. For the price the stay wasn’t what we would have hoped. Arcade overpriced, all the additional “adventure” items were lacking. Food and staff were probably the best for us
Disliked: Price, additional adventures, rooms.

Looking for a place that...

Liked: This facility is the perfect place for families with children who have special needs that need to take breaks once in awhile between fun times and provide great things to do with just a short walk back to the rooms with cozy dark corners and separate areas that make every family member enjoy every bit of the fun and relaxation that Great Wolf Lodge provides.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of that wasn't 100% was the cost and limited variety of gift shop items.... But even that wasn't a problem because they offer fabulous specials for every child.

Liked: Everything was beautiful I have no complaints and would take my family back there again the service the friendliness clean this was great
Disliked: Just want to check out housekeeping was standing by the door before check out time which was 11 and she was there at 10:00 and would not leave

Disliked: the fact that everything cost and so much no complimentary breakfast the water area isn’t heated enough and the covers on twin beds aren’t large enough for bigger ppl
