Modern decor in Victorian building; breakfast - great all round choice.

Liked: Great hotel and good location for theatre; very clean room; fantastic we got an upgrade to bridal suite - would definitely reccomend.

Disliked: Dirty room. Bed bug in bed icant sleep all night. No drinking water in room No cooling system in room Lift not working. Room carpet very dirty Mattress not comfortable .very poor standard

Horrible, needs improving a lot...

Liked: Nothing. The lift didn’t work and my father who was 70 struggled to climb the stairs, the staff were not helpful and the room was hot with no air flow or fan
Disliked: Same as above

Pleasant

Liked: Staff very good when presented with problems to solve. It was done quickly and efficiently.
Disliked: The Internet was inaccessible in our room. But we were relocated without fuss at midnight. Towels were missing, had to call reception.
