Just chat we needed

Liked: The location was great for exploring London. Very central and easy for the train home.
Disliked: I did not like that I was charged £100 more than my booking without it being explained on checking in that it was for extras and would not be charged should we not use it. Check in was not smooth. The pantry was not well stocked.
