Sleepless night with no customer...

Liked: There is nothing to like about this hotel
Disliked: Check in is laborious having to fill in a page of info on a tablet on arrival. They take a £20 deposit on your card. The room was in the basement. The windows offer no defence to traffic noise or people outside. the bed is rock hard. Only one wooden sash window could be opened but this is difficult as it sticks. This is a problem with temperatures at moment with no air conditioning and room being in the basement. There was no drinking water in the room on arrival but was delivered to our room after 1/2 hour. The whole room needs updating old furniture and fixtures and fittings. No electrical sockets near the bed so all charging has to be done on other side of room. But by far the biggest issue is the noise from the pipes banging all night as the toilet valve shut off and on every 2 minutes. When I complained the next day we just got an oh sorry about that! Book the premier Inn much better room and service.

One night in London

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, very clean.
Disliked: It was extremely hot in London during our visit, our room had no air-conditioning but did have plug-in fans which were ok.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: This is my second time coming to Grange Buckingham Hotel. The hotel is close to main attractions in London. It is situated in a very quiet location and inside the hotel it is very quiet too.
Disliked: I would have preferred to have an air conditioner although we made use of the two fan provided. For a triple room I would have preferred it to be like last November when we were there having the third bed in a combined room not next to the double bed.

Superb

Liked: Great location and only few minutes walk to nearest Underground station. Lovely small boutique hotel and lovely large spacious room with large comfy bed. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Very comfortable room, very friendly...

Liked: The room was very spacious.
Disliked: There was no aircon. We didnt need it because the weather wasnt so hot but it would have been a problem if there was warmer weather.

Not really a 4 star...

Liked: Nice location- but too far from public transport
Disliked: No A/C. Can it really be a 4 star hotell without any A/C for warm or cold days? The rooms are very old and worn.
