Excellent service and location

Liked: Missed breakfast- I was so impressed that the hotel brought a made up breakfast to our room and allowed us ot check out a hour later without extra charge- customer service is excellent.
Disliked: Nothing

A very comfortable stay in...

Liked: The hotel was very comfortable and the room was large especially for London. Loved the little kitchenette which was handy for making tea. The felt almost like a suite. It exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet was also very generous especially as it is only advertised as continental. The staff were also helpful and attentive. I would be very happy to return to this hotel.

Great location

Liked: Great location, roughly a 15 minute walk to covert gardens and trafalgar square. Its an hour walk down Oxford street from Paddington station. We took a bolt on the way back for £17. We came to London to watch the Tina Turner musical which was fantastic. The only downside about our room was the bathroom. It could do with an update. The beds were comfy, bonus to have a kitchen. I would stay again

Disliked: Lots of broken items - 4 lights not working, tv broken, curtain missing from door. Noisy. Not very clean. Water marks on walls and black mould.
