A GEM of a hotel

Liked: this hotel is in a beautiful, central location. Rooms are huge for London. All staff were friendly and the full English was great quality. Not to mention beds are really comfy! Overall fantastic stay!

Average hotel, no 4 stars!

Liked: Nice view from window in the garden
Disliked: The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, rather 2-3 stars.Everything already quite used, floors, stairs, carpet, bed. You hear everything, people walking stairs, taking shower in room next door, etc.Very selected continental breakfast, English breakfast on top is 5 Pound.

Pleasant hotel in convenient central...

Liked: Very welcoming staff, good sized room with a nice layout.
Disliked: Facilities were a bit dated and few bits in disrepair, e.g. the TV in the room didn’t work, the back of the bathroom door handle was damaged and the privacy screen on the bathroom window was damaged.
