Very good

Liked: All the staff were very responsive and helpful, both generally inat reception and breakfast and especially when room too hot, heating failed or when partner couldn't get safe to open.Breakfast really enjoyable first day, bit boring for us 3nd and 3rd went elsewhere.Quiet and ideal location for us this time; walked and bussed everywhere.
Disliked: Room was rather worn.

Liked: Good location and the rooms were spacious
Disliked: Wasn’t particularly fond of the pillows or mattress. We found them not very comfortable.

Liked: Location
Disliked: No mini fridge and the coffee or tea pot were hidden in a closet which it was weird to take out and use. Also, we stay in a suite the TV was the smallest I seen in a hotel.

Disliked: Breakfast. Breakfast included but was only continental, this was not specified on booking. Paid extra for breakfast too!

Not impressed very disappoint ed

Disliked: Hotel not friendly or welcoming, was not shown restaurant or bar or offered breakfast. No hello or goodbye. Very noisy room didn’t sleep well at all, mould in the bathroom and small bed in the corner smelt damp and mouldy.
