Why Concert-goers love it

The Grange Beauchamp is perfectly positioned for music lovers wanting easy access to central London venues like those in the West End and around Soho. Covent Garden, home to theatres and smaller music spots, is just half a mile away. After the show, retreat to peaceful Bloomsbury for a quiet night’s sleep—this neighborhood is known for its calm, leafy streets. King’s Cross Station is just a 15-minute walk away, making late-night rides or next-day getaways simple. While check-in is from 15:00, the 24-hour front desk makes late arrivals stress-free.

The lounge bar is ideal for relaxed drinks, and coffee is available for those needing a late-night caffeine boost. While there’s no 24/7 room service, the neighborhood has plenty of nearby eateries open late. Breakfast is available, perfect for slow mornings after a late night out.

Nightlife Options

While the hotel itself leans toward peace and quiet, you’re just a short walk or ride from London’s best nightlife in Soho, Covent Garden, and Leicester Square. Whether you’re craving live music, craft cocktails, or a lively dancefloor, it’s all within reach. After the party, return to Bloomsbury’s calm streets and your comfy bed.

What People Say

Guests love the Grange Beauchamp for its clean, well-appointed rooms, friendly staff, and excellent location. Many reviews highlight how easy it is to walk to key attractions, shops, and venues. Travelers also appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the hotel’s classic yet modern decor.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that the rooms can be a bit compact, especially for those traveling with lots of gear. Others noted that while the hotel is well-located, it’s not in the heart of the nightlife scene—though many see this as a plus after a loud gig.

Decent hotel for short stay...

Liked: Location is good to access public transportation. Quiet. The room / bathroom / corridors are not in superb condition (carpet with stains) but overall decent. Corridors rather small - but room good size! Breakfast - in comparison to GB standard - well above average.
Disliked: Stiff (GB / London) pricing standard.

Not what we expected!

Liked: Location was good and staff were very attentive.
Disliked: We had a room in the Lower Ground, which was dark and very dismal. I need lots of light and did not like being below ground level. The room also felt very damp, and this was reflected in the bedding feeling quite damp too! The room was also very dated, of which I was surprised as it looked nothing like what was portrayed online. The shower was over the bath, but the bottom of the bath was peeling and rusty, so we did not feel comfortable showering in it! Such a shame really, as we had high expectations for this hotel.

Very tired and old and...

Liked: Central location
Disliked: Room old and tired and very small. Staining all over bathroom - needs a refit. Mattress very dirty underneath sheets - though linen and towel’s immaculate. Receptionist unfriendly when we arrived though different one the following day very friendly. Room card didn’t work so had to have physical key. Basically it needs some investment. Bed reasonably comfortable and hotel quiet so not all bad

Great location for a short...

Liked: We liked the spacious room we booked and the location was excellent. Hotel was close to public transport.
Disliked: We didn’t like the fact there was no bar fridge in room, just for personal items we had with us that needed refrigeration.

Perfect location for accessing London...

Liked: Convenient location for the theatres and shops. Good sized room and excellent housekeeping. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.
Disliked: Paintwork around the windows was flaking and not very clean. Otherwise ok
