Liked: The location was great and close to an amazing restaurant and stores The room itself would get a 7/10; loved the layout of the room.
Disliked: The pre check in was completed but still had to wait 30 plus minutes to get my room keys, parking was a hassle to deal with, bathrooms were nice but smaller than what the picture were showing. I understand the property is remodeling but it would’ve been amazing to dine in at a restaurant at the hotel so we did not have to go out and get food and have something to do. The one indoor pool was down and was causing a real bad smell.

Liked: The lobby was cute, and the staff was nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The overall esthetic was nice. Easy check-in/check-out!
Disliked: The water in the sinks were brown, seemed stopped up. The water spewed out at me multiple times. There were no comforters for the bed, and the pictures looked a bit better online.

Disliked: It had obviously been an old run down hotel with a poor, low budget Reno. Interior was new and clean but cheaply and sparsely furnished. We hated the room. It was clear that damaged plaster and scraped door frames and dented exterior doors had just been painted over in attempt to cover years of abuse.

Liked: What I liked about the property was the second bed was separate.
Disliked: The room was not entirely clean. There a spot on the drapes I thought it was blood but the clerk said it was chocolate. She took a picture of it. I asked for my floors to be cleaned because it DID NOT LOOK CLEAN. I had to clean the shower door myself. The sheets was thin. I had to ask for a blanket.
